Get the most space and comfort of an organized closet without sacrificing your style. For those with existing closets, remodeling and redesigning can be more convenient than getting a completely new one.

The compartments need to be small enough so you have as many areas to store items as possible without being too small to hold your items properly. In smaller spaces, you may also need to rotate your clothing with the seasons and store out-of-season items under the bed or on the top shelf. Also, select adjustable shelving and movable containers and drawers so the storage system continues to work as your needs change.

At some point in the design, the space will need air circulation. Without this, bacteria, molds, and mildews thrive and ruin everything in the area. Depending on the type, it may also make you and your family ill. To prevent this, have a small fan or dehumidifier installed if the space will be kept closed.

Shoe cubes. Before, shoes used to sit on the home's flooring, and slowly, they began to be housed by shelves and simple racks. And now for more protection, especially for costly shoes, shoe stacker or shoe cubes are introduced. These are basically open-faced chests, divided horizontally and vertically into individual bins. Every bin is big enough to fit a pair shoes. Through this, you can easily see the shoes you have and choose the pair that's right for your outfit.

You do not want to be rummaging through a dark closet and end up getting a skirt instead of a shirt, right. This is not only essential to bedroom closets but also to kitchen, walk-in and tools closets.
