If you have had quite a lot of experience of playing world of Warcraft, and have bought one character or more already up to the maximum level, then you are probably tired of the long grind from level one and it might be a good idea to find an alliance leveling guide.

Even though you probably know where things are already, there is always a much more efficient and faster way to level then you are probably familiar with and an alliance leveling guide will usually keep track of this. Leveling is not as boring as it used to be since quests now give a lot more experience points and you do not have to grind at all.

If you want to level a character quickly, then you should also consider which class to play. Some classes level significantly quicker than others. It is generally believed for example, that the warrior is the slowest class to level since they have no speed enhancements and to take quite a while to kill things.

The same goes for heading off to Northrend and you can effectively do this at level 74 or later if you finish all of the quests in Outlands first. However, this is not the fastest way to level, so if you are primarily concerned with leveling, then you need to maximize your experience per hour.

At a later levels, mages are also extremely effective leveling classes, since they can start using their area of affect spells to take down multiple enemies at once.

It is important also to consider the server that you play on. If you want to maximize your leveling speed and you generally preferred player verses environment game play, then you should probably stick to a PVE server. This way you won't need to worry about those annoying interruptions during the leveling process where enemies on the opposing faction come and kill you. Whatever you decide on, your leveling process can be expedited with an alliance leveling guide helping you along the way.
